Client Acknowledgement
Client hereby releases, waives, acquits and forever discharges my Coach, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by my Coach as a result of the advice given by my Coach or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement. I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service. The client understands that by engaging in coaching services with Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching that you are bound to the terms & conditions outlined herein.
Ethical Standards
Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching follows the International Coaching Federation (ICF) ethical coaching standards. All sessions are bound by confidentiality. Find out more about ICF here. https://coachingfederation.org/
Confidentiality
I understand that my Coach will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity. Furthermore, if my Coach is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, he will do so to the extent the law requires. I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Zoom and other technology.
Consent
The client consents to the tracking of coaching hours by Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching for the purpose of reporting hours to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) which is responsible for granting accreditation as a life coach.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you must cancel or reschedule a call. You may forfeit your call if less notice is provided.
No Show Policy
If you do not attend or no-show a scheduled session at the scheduled time, your session is forfeited and billed.
Tardiness
Coach will hold the session for no more than 10 minutes to allow for any unforeseen situations. If the client arrives to session later than 10 minutes, session is forfeited and billed.
Billing & Charges
Payment for coaching contracted is invoiced upfront. If you are on a Payment Plan, a deposit will be required. For longer engagements you will be invoiced Monthly for any recurring charges. Assessments will be billed as a pass-through cost, plus an administration fee when purchased. The assessment preparation, debrief, and coaching-related meetings will be billed up front. All invoices are expected to be paid within 30 days of receipt.
Billing Disputes
In the unlikely event of a disagreement between us regarding your services or deliverables, you agree to make a good faith attempt for 30 days to communicate with Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching (via email , phone and text) prior to initiating a chargeback. Terms of Payment & Refund Policy
Client represents and warrants that the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete. You are duly authorized to use such credit card for any purchases. Charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company and you will pay charges incurred by you at the agreed upon prices, including applicable taxes if any. Please note that purchasing any services from Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching is a binding agreement.
Griselle Paz, Rise AboveLife Coaching reserves the right to recover funds from you directly for any chargebacks from your credit card company, and to recover reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in the enforcement of these terms of use, to collect payments owed to us, and to dispute your chargeback. We may at any time after your purchase ask you to verify your mobile number, email address, provide date of birth or upload a photo identification at our sole discretion.
Refunds will be provided by the best available method, based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching A 5% administrative transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and/or receiving services with Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching client may only request a refund for the amount pertaining to remaining sessions or hours not yet logged. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after all sessions or services have been performed.
Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching reserves the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching will notify the Client with the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching , a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
One-on-one Coaching
Sessions will be held by Zoom, or with advance notice, by other means including telephone. Sessions are scheduled for 45 min for individual coaching. Group coaching sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. The session must be scheduled using Griselle Paz, Speak Out Solutions Coaching scheduling calendar, and there is no guarantee that our availability will match yours. All reasonable attempts will be made to accommodate schedules across time zones. If a paid coaching session is not used within 30 days, it is forfeited. The cost of assessments is passed through regardless of if the assessment is completed along with administrative costs related to the set-up of the assessment.

How long do we keep your information for?
To make sure we meet our legal data protection and privacy obligations, we only hold on to your information for as long as we actually need it for the purposes we acquired it for in the first place.
In most cases, this means we will keep your information for as long as you continue to use our services having expressed interest in them, and for a reasonable period of time afterwards if you stop doing so, to see if we can persuade you to come back to us. After that we will delete it other than where we lawfully can keep any data for audit or legal reasons.
We shall keep data on our prospect database for not longer than 3 years from receipt subject to an individual’s right to unsubscribe or be forgotten at any time.
